THE COMPANY:
This team-orientated boutique accounting firm prides themselves on delivering impeccable service and results to their clients. They are a firm with long standing relationships, and are trusted adviser's to both small and large organisations.
THE ROLE:
As an integral member of the administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and operating the reception function of the office.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting clients in office and answering phone calls on switchboard;
- Liaising with ATO and ASIC on behalf of clients;
- Liaising with external suppliers;
- Assisting with billings;
- Assisting the accounting team with adhoc administrative tasks in the office;
- Following up and emailing debtors; and the
- Opportunity to run social media.
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Previous experience within professional services;
- Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Experiene working within a fast paced, diverse administrative team;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
- Professional presentation.
