Junior Brand Manager [Germany]


 

THE GOAL

Your aim as Junior Brand Manager is to provide tools and implement new concepts and projects in order to develop our brands on several channels with a high focus on digital to achieve our ambitious turnover objectives.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Reporting to – Marketing Manager Germany

Working in a team of 2

Working with all Germany team (operations, supply chain, finance), Group Marketing team and external agencies.

Constraints

Need to follow group guidelines and find a balance between global and local campaigns

Retailer technical constraints

Franchise-Business constraints

WHAT THEY DO

  • You will develop and coordinate 360 campaigns launch in store (POS materials, merchandising, new product implementation, PR), support the marketing mix elements locally in coordination with the internal and external stakeholders (agencies, retailers, partners, internal team), analyse impact on sales.
  • You will manage your product categories (pricing, highlights, performance, promotion), recommend local innovation and opportunities.
  • You will assist in the growth and development of our CRM program, working with the global team on the email marketing plan.
  • You will assist launching our Click + Collect platform with our latest product offers and recommend promotions, working with the global team on performance and opportunity.
  • You will lead marketing communications with assistance from the marketing executive.
  • You will lead managing the presence in digital platforms including social media and Google My Business.
  • You will support with various exciting projects, working closely with the marketing executive, Germany wider team with the global team.

WHO THEY ARE

  • You have acquired a degree or equivalent level of education either in a relevant area such as Marketing or Communications
  • You have a proven experience (internship counts) in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage /hospitality /retail / FMCG industry
  • You are able to effectively multi-task within a fast-paced environment and to communicate at all levels within and out of the organization
  • Highly motivated, creative with an entrepreneurial mindset and a keen interest in food businesses
  • You are reliable and an effective problem solver with ability to think outside the box
  • You are an excel master, presentation pro and eager to learn new tools
  • Excellent level of German and English (both spoken and written).
