Job Description
1. Discover insights through data analytics and develop quantitative/algorithmic solutions to help clients tackle Basel and other regulatory requirements.
2. Conduct in-depth research on various topics, including but not limited to pricing models for financial derivatives, risk management strategies for financial institutions, and regulatory trends in the banking industry.
4. Perform other tasks on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications
1. Financial engineering/quantitative finance
i. A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, preferably with a financial engineering and financial mathematics-related major.
ii. The role specializes in derivatives pricing, pricing parameter calibration, and validation.
iii. The role should be familiar with stochastic mathematics, engineering mathematics, numerical method et al.
iv. Required technical competencies in programming
v. Familiar with programming and data processing experience are preferred
2. Information engineering/information management/computer science
i. A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, preferably with a computer science and information management-related major.
ii. Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
iii. With analytical and problem-solving skills
iv. Full of passion for analyzing data, discovering insights from the data, and conquering difficult problems.
v. Machine learning and deep learning capabilities are preferred.
vi. Required technical competencies in object-oriented programming (Minimum of 1 of the following): Python, Java, C++, C#, Alteryx.
vii. No prior knowledge/experience in finance are welcome to apply
3. Finance/risk management/business management
i. A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, preferably with a finance-related major.
ii. Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
iii. With analytical and problem-solving skills
iv. Required technical competencies in programming, VBA is required.
v. Familiar with programming and data processing experience are preferred.
