In this role, You will leading a high-performing team to achieve and exceed goals- assigned to(#1) implement innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency
(#2) optimize inventory management
(#3) streamline distribution processes, resulting in improved customer satisfaction (both internal and external)
(#4) increase profitability across all aspects of the business.Also, for merchandising team management, you and your team will specialize in (#1)jewellery, (#2)home decor, (#3)silver and (#4)accessories with emphasis on strategic merchandise planning, store modelling, forecasting, allocation and OTB (Open-to-Buy) management.
理想的應徵者
- Over 8+ years in FMCG/ Retail/ Luxury Supply Chain exp.
- Solid Concept in 3PL Mgt./ Retail Stakeholder Mgt. are preferred
- Good to great level in English oral
