Who are we?
Our Netvisor product is the leading financial management software in Finland with approximately 40 000 customers. Our 100+ software development professionals work in agile teams in the Netvisor product, which is one of the most successful products also in the Visma Group. Last year the revenue of Visma Solutions was 100M euros.

We are using the Robot framework for test automation work and Jira for ticket management. The QA Lead is responsible for the big picture of Quality Assurance and Test Automation in Netvisor. You will be the one who both improves the current process with our QA’s and also creates the future of test automation in Netvisor. You work closely with the development teams, infrastructure team and architecture team to find the best possible solutions. Guiding and sharing your expertise from your field to others is also an important part of your role.
Who are you?
- You have excellent cooperation skills, clear communication, eagerness to share your knowledge with development teams
- You have ability to manage and drive continuous improvements in testing processes and practices
- You have solid understanding and experience in test automation tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium and Postman
- You are experienced in programming/scripting with Python, test planning, manual testing and reporting, and you have worked with Agile and Scrum
- You are familiar with cloud environments, Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- You have an independent approach to developing your own expertise
- You are fluent in spoken and written English, Finnish language is an advantage
- In addition to Quality Assurance and testing expertise, the most important thing is passion to learn and adopt new things. You get to use 10% of your working time to learn new things.

The salary range in this position is estimated to be somewhere between 4000-5500€ per month, depending on previous experience and expertise. We believe diversity is a richness so we welcome applications from people with various backgrounds and tech stack. However, unfortunately we are not able to offer relocation services so for this position you would need to be based in Finland and have a valid work permit.
